Made to order

Every Vorntier piece is made to order, so nothing leaves us the day you buy it. Orders are dispatched within 9–10 days of payment. Orders with custom sizing can take longer if we are waiting on your measurements, so please send them as soon as you order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay for shipping.

Delivery

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your location. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Taxes

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at payment.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you have not received it, email us within 7 days with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
